So I’ve had quite the busy last week. I feel like I’ve been here, there and everywhere. My life is about to get a whole lot busier now that school is over in just over a week, I seriously cannot believe it. Time literally flew by.
Baseball has started and I cannot wait to start going to my boys games. I’m the mom that goes to literally EVERY game. And since my boys are all in different teams due to ages, that means baseball at least 4 times week, but I’m not complaining, I honestly look forward to it all year long.
With that being said, time gets away from me sometimes when it comes to meals this time of year. So these Slow Cooker Asian Meatballs have came in handy a time or two and my family absolutely adores them. Plus if I throw them in the slow cooker, once we get back from the game, they’ll be ready and waiting for us!
So sometimes I like to take the quick and easy route and go with frozen meatballs….simply because of time and I really don’t have anything against them. But if you’d like to make homemade meatballs for this recipe, by all means, more power to ya!
The sauce for these is a fun flavor that we actually use a lot in other dishes like these Slow Cooker Asian Pork Sliders, and sometimes we toss some rice noodles in it with some veggies and have a quick stir fry meal. Its really a free for all, multi use sauce.
My kids can make a meal just out of these Slow Cooker Asian Meatballs, I could as well. They are filling and delicious and simple enough that you can have the kids throw it together for you!

- 1 (20 oz) bag frozen meatballs (or homemade)
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1/2 Tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- green onions, diced
- sesame seeds
In crockpot add your meatballs.
In bowl mix together your hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder and brown sugar and pour over your meatballs.
Toss to coat.
Cover and cook on high 1-2 hours or low 2-4 hours.
Once cooked sprinkle with diced onions and sesame seeds.
